Despite losing their last game the home-team
San Jose Sharks (38-22-6) are still the odds on favorite to prevail over the
Nashville Predators (33-24-9) in their National Hockey League season game.
The
San Jose sharks are reeling for a win after their heartbreaking 3-2 home less to the
Dallas Stars that snapped their eight-game winning streak.
Despite their superior record beating the
Nashville Predators will not be a walk in the park for the San Jose Sharks since the former have beaten them 3-2 on Dec. 15 and 2-1 on Jan. 8 before the Sharks started their eight-game run with a 2-1 victory Feb. 15.
To get back to the winning side San Jose Sharks goaltender Antti Niemi needs to produce a solid defensive game for his team to bring down the Nashville Predators.
If Niemi and the rest of his team will have a good game it would be an early night for the Predators.
The visiting Predators are facing a huge challenge against the Sharks in their game.
Despite the odds, the Sharks can still prevail in this game if they play solid as a team come game-time.
The Predators need to give their A-game come game-time to prevail over the Sharks.
Predators star
Pekka Rinne also needs to have an awesome game to bring home the bacon for the visiting team against the home-team.
The odds of winning might slim for the Predators against the Sharks but they can still prevail if they play with their hearts out on Tuesday evening.
