Raiders too much for Broncos 59-14

The Oakland Raiders made a strong statement to the rest of the teams in the ongoing National Football League season that they are a force to reckon this year.
The visiting Raiders demolish the Denver Broncos 59-14 to hike their win-loss record in the 2010 NFL season to 3-5 against the 2-5 of the struggling Broncos.
The Raiders were a team on mission in the game as they lead the home-team majority of the game that lead to their lopsided victory.
Raiders reliable running back Darren McFadden was the man of the hour for the winning team as he scored four touchdowns and had a stunningly quick start to bring down the Broncos and solidify further their NFL playoff chances.
McFadden was all business in the game as he took advantage of the soft interior of the Broncos to score huge points for his team.
Raiders coach Tom Cable praised the performance of his team and vowed that they will continue to work hard so that they can improve their standing last year.
Cable said they are on a mission this year to erase the tag as the perennial whipping boys in the NFL this year.
The home-team tried their best to beat the Raiders but their effort was short against the red-hot Raiders team.
Broncos coach Josh McDaniels was very sad with their lopsided loss since it is their fourth loss without any single win at home.
He said his team played big but their effort was just not enough to deny the Raiders the victory.
The coach said the injury suffered by the team’s three dependable defensive players namely emotional leader Brian Dawkins (knee), cornerback Andre’ Goodman (thigh) and linebacker Robert Ayers (foot) contributed to their loss.
McDaniels said despite their woeful record, hope is still not lost for the team as they aim for a successful year in the 2010 NFL season.

Jones Drew ready for Jaguars-Broncos?

Once again, the Jacksonville Municipal Stadium will be filled with cheering fans and undying shouts and prayers of the bettors trusting either the Jacksonville Jaguars or the Denver Broncos on September 12, 2010 at 1:00PM. The two teams will be having their first regular season game after their preseason series with other teams.

Jacksonville Jaguars coach, Jack del Rio, decided to disallow their Running Back, Maurice Jones-Drew after the two games in the preseason. This decision was due to Jones-Drew’s experiencing balky knee. The running back didn’t undergo arthroscopic surgery, instead just rest and get ready for the opening regular season game against the Broncos.

Adisa Bakari, Jones-Drew’s agent, denied the report that the player had gone for arthroscopic surgery, instead told the Associated Press on the Jaguars’ decision on letting him rest as a means of precautionary measures that would be beneficial not just for Jones-Drew but also for the whole team. Leaving the team for just two preseason game will be enough to rest his ailing knee and prepare for their fight against the Broncos. The organization has really made a very smart decision on letting him rest than to let him play for the rest of the preseason and have him for the regular season fit and ready to do his thing as a running back.

The Jaguars are the favorite on some of the sportsbook. Will this be enough to make them confident that they will smash the Denver Broncos and let them cry on their field? Will the bettors be confident enough to risk some of their bankroll with the Jaguars? Spreads and totals will soon be known.
