Bengals hope upset win vs. Jets

THE CINCINNATI Bengals aims to upset the red-hot New York Jets when they visit the latter on Thursday evening in the 2010 National Football League season.
Sporting a woeful 2-8 win-loss record, the Bengals is the overwhelming underdog against the Jets (8-2) who are on a roll in the current NFL season.
Despite the huge odds, the Bengals can still pull an upset if they their A-game and limit the performance of Jets superstar quarterback Mark Sanchez.
This year, the Jets are flying high due to the huge performance of Sanchez who is very instrumental in the current three-game winning streak of the team.
Sanchez was superb in the three-game winning streak of the Jets by throwing for 950 yards and six TDs and the offense totaled more than 400 yards in each.
If the Bengals can stop Sanchez from dominating their game a win is very possible for them.
The Jets on the other hand can avoid defeat in-front of its fans if they can keep playing good offence and great defense in their game.
In the 2010 NFL season, the defense of the team is simply sensational as they only allow 40 points in the fourth quarter of the last four games and has forced a total of three turnovers.
The Jets forced 14 in their first seven games.
Jets coach Rex Ryan believe if his team will play their hearts out and give 101 percent effort they can get their ninth win against the Bengals.
Ryan said is team is very focused on winning against the Bengals to further improve their chances of entering the NFL playoffs and playing in the Super Bowl.

Host Bengals face tough challenge vs. Steelers

The Cincinnati Bengals face a huge challenge when they host the visiting Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2010 National Football League season on November 8.
Playing in-front of its fans, the Bengals hopes to win and improve its 2-5 win-loss record against the favored Steelers 5-2.
Leading the campaign of the Bengals against the Steelers is veteran quarterback Carson Palmer who hope to end his woes in the past losses of his team.
In the recent losses of the Bengals, the seven-year veteran had been struggling big-time as he has only 12 touchdowns and seven interceptions.
To win and protect their own arena against the Steelers, Palmer need to regain back his groove as the top quarterback of his team.
Palmers also need to connect  with the Bengals top wide receivers Terrell Owens and Chad Ochocinco.
NFL experts said if Palmer, Owens, and  Ochocinco will have an A-game come game-time, the team had a good chance of beating the Steelers and bring joy to their fans who will watch their game live.
Meanwhile, the Steelers could avoid an upset and prevail over the Bengals if superstar quarterback Ben Roethlisberger can continue his great game against the Bengals.
Roethlisberger also need to create good plays and scoring opportunities to his teammates if they hope to avoid an upset against the Bengals.
The Steelers also need to employ its vaunted defense against the Bengals to stop them from scoring and avoiding an upset in the process.
The Steelers are favored to win the game but playing in-front of its fans could bring an extra energy to the Bengals to upset their vaunted visitor.
