The Washington Wizards hopes to get its sixth victory in 11 games when they visit the struggling Miami Heat Monday evening in the ongoing National Basketball Association season.
The Wizards who like the Heat is struggling this year, hopes to get back to the winning groove and improve their 5-1- win-loss record this year.
Taking the cudgels for the visiting Wizards is veteran point-guard
Gilbert Arenas who will take the lead point-guard role in absence of the injured sensational rookie John Wall.
A great scorer in most of his NBA career, Arenas hopes to carry his team to victory against the star-studded roster of the Heat lead by NBA superstars Dwayne “Flash” wade, Lebron “King” James, and Chris Bosh.
The visiting Wizards it he slight underdog in its game against the Heat mainly due to the presence of the big-three who are expected to bring the team to the NBA championship this year.
Arenas is not feeling good of their chances against the Heat but he vowed that he and the rest of team will give their 101 percent to upset the favored Heat.
The home-team on other hand hope Wade, James and Bosh will once again explode to bring them to victory and improve further their 9-8 win-loss record in the 2010 NBA season.
The Heat had reasons to feel confident against the wizards since they had won seven of their last eight meetings, although the latter won their most recent visit to Miami, 94-84 on Nov. 27, 2009.
Despite their star-studded roster, the Heat is surprisingly struggling this year due to the lack of team chemistry to the team since most of the players of the team are playing together just this year.
The Heat hopes to jumpstart their winning momentum when they beat the Wizards at home.
