The Miami Heat hopes to advance to the National Basketball Association Eastern Conference Finals when they play host to the Boston Celtics in Game 5 of their best of seven second round NBA playoff match-up on Wednesday evening.Holding a commanding a 3-1 lead in their NBA playoff series, the Miami Heat hopes to beat the Boston Celtics at home and finally send their rival to an early vacation in Game 5.Having beaten the Boston Celtics in the crucial Game 4 of their series in Boston, the Miami Heat is heavily favored to finish their opponent in Miami in Game 5.To defeat the Boston Celtics, the Miami Heat need to once again play superb offence and tough defense against the former.Miami Heat superstars forward Lebron “King” James, Dwayne “Flash” Wade, and power-forward Chris Bosh need to once again take charge in scoring for their team to defeat the Celtics and win their series 4-1.

The Heat also need to play tough defense on the big-three of the Celtics sharp-shooting guard Ray Allen, versatile forward Paul Pierce, and veteran power-forward Kevin Garnett for them to win.The bench of the Heat lead by veteran point-guard Mike Bibby, sharpshooter James Jones and versatile forward Mike Miller also need to score big for their team to defeat the Celtics.

The Heat are on the verge of beating the Celtics and advancing to the NBA Eastern Conference Finals all they need to do is to have a killer instinct in this game and play with focus and determination on game day.The visiting Celtics for its part will have their backs against the wall in this game due to their 3-1 deficit against the Heat.

To bring down the Heat and extend their game to Game 6 in Boston territory, the Celtics need to put hand-cuffs on the big three of the Heat James, Wade and Bosh.The superstars of the Celtics Allen, Pierce and Garnett also need to score big for their team to defeat the home-team Heat.

The Celtics also need to play consistent in the entire 48 minutes of their game for them to have a chance of beating the Heat.The Celtics might be the huge underdog in this game but the team can still prove the odd-makers wrong if they can come up with a good game-plan and play with their A-game come game-time.
