The St. Louis Cardinals aims to improve its record in the young Major League Baseball season when they play host to the Pittsburgh Pirates on Monday evening.The home-team St. Louis Cardinals (1-2) is picked to win their game due to their past dominance against the Pittsburgh Pirates (2-1).
Although the Pittsburgh Pirates hold a better record than the St. Louis Cardinals, the latter is picked to win over the former since the home-team has beaten the visitor eight of their last nine games.To beat the Pirates, the Cardinals need to have a solid over-all game against the visiting MLB team.
