The Bills for its part are themselves fully motivated in the game despite being the huge underdog against the Ravens.
To get their first ever win in the current NFL season, Bills coach Chan Gailey will also be implementing a new defensive system against the Ravens.
Gailey said from the usual 3-4 scheme they will shift to 4-3 set-up to put more bigger people in-front to make life hard for their opponents.
He is confident that if they can execute their plays well, the Bill have better chances of getting a win against the Ravens.
